Spa Policies & Etiquette

At THE PRIVATE SPA, our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your experience is both enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent, guaranteeing your comfort and satisfaction.

When you confirm a booking, you automatically acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions on behalf of all guests in your party.

Policies

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Guests may reschedule their booking up to 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment date. Requests made within 5 days of the booking cannot be accommodated.
  • Bookings are non-transferable between branches. Gift Cards are valid only at the specific branch of issue and cannot be redeemed elsewhere.
  • The Spa reserves the right to cancel your booking up until the day of your appointment in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to inform you in advance, and you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Guests must always follow the instructions of staff members.
  • Guests arriving more than one hour late will not be permitted to use the spa facilities.
Use of the Spa facilities is restricted to guests aged 16 years or older. Guests under 16 are not permitted inside.
  • Guests are liable for any damages caused within the premises and will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
  • THE PRIVATE SPA is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings and accepts no liability for injury or damage to persons or property.
  • Payment can be made by card or cash at the counter.
  • Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or those who are pregnant should refrain from using any of our heat facilities.

Etiquette

  • Showering is compulsory before using any of the facilities.
  • For hygiene purposes, bathrobes and slippers must be worn in the lounge area. These will be provided upon arrival.
  • When using the dry sauna, your entire body, including your feet, must rest on towels.
  • Personal care such as shaving, nail cutting, hair dyeing, brushing teeth, or applying henna is strictly prohibited on the premises. A fine will be issued for any violation.
  • It is compulsory to wear the provided bathrobe when in the lounge area.
  • Swimwear must be worn when using our facilities (Sauna, Steam Room, Hot Tub, and Lounge Pool).
  • Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
  • Guests must respect their reserved time and vacate the premises promptly at the end of their session.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the spa.
  • The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited, and we do not serve alcohol on the premises.
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the spa complex.
  • Group bookings are available for female-only or male-only groups.
  • Everyone is welcome at THE PRIVATE SPA, but intimate behaviour is strictly forbidden.

If these policies & etiquette are not adhered to, THE PRIVATE SPA reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises immediately.
